Danny's Dash is a tough 8 mile (ish) multi terrain run, which is being held in memory of Danny Horton, who died aged 36 from a brain tumor.
With Danny having served in the Navy, all proceeds from the event will be donated to Help for Heroes, his favourite charity, and Brain Tumor Research.
The proceeds will be split evenly between the two charities, but if you would like to raise extra money for either charity, you can download a sposorship form below.
Help For Heroes: Practical, direct support for our current wounded.
Help for Heroes strives towards 100% effectiveness - so that for every £1 donated, £1 will go directly to helping wounded Servicemen and women.
We spend every penny possible on making grants that aim to provide practical, direct support for our wounded.

In the UK more children and people under the age of 40 die of a
brain tumour than any
other cancer. Brain Tumour Research aims to raise
at least £7 million per annum to significantly
accelerate progress in UK brain tumour research, making a clinical
difference and improving patient outcomes.
